Kerala is known for it's beauty and it's popular tourists spots that everyone wish to visit once. But there are many places in the state which is unexplored if we look at the enchanting beauty of it. Be it house boats, backwaters, having tasty seafood are all part of the experiences you would want to have when you visit Keralam. 

If you are someone who would want to visit random spots and walk through lesser known paths in Kerala with one in a million view then you need to know these places.

1. PONMUDI. 

This is a tea plantation estate which is a beautiful sight with narrow pathways and great weather. It's fully covered with greens, you can trek and have tasty tea. 

It's 61 km away from Trivandrum.

2. GAVI 

One of the offbeat tourist places in Kerala in Pathanamthitta. It's a village and thus tourists wouldn't often get this place as a suggestion. 

From trekking to bird watching and visiting kochupampa - the diversion constructed across the famous Pamba river; are the things you can do in Gavi.

3.Poovar 

Poo meaning flower and var meaning river located in the district of Thiruvananthapuram is as pleasing as the meaning of the place.

There are many more places that is unexplored and untouched in the state but Kerala as a state has to experienced ones in life. Be it food, sights, industries, localites, art and I can just go on. 

The popular places are definitely a must visit but just exploring new places through a walk or a drive will give a different experience.
